Black Point is a feature length independent film in the works based on the original screenplay by creator Morgan Ghan. The film focuses on our hero, Jake Morgan. An orphan, a brother, an inventor, Jake is many things. But is he a killer? Black Point is the story of an orphaned boy struggling with a lost identity and his incredible quest to find the courage and the will to avenge his sister’s murder. Jake Morgan is becoming a man and he is realizing that in order to find peace and quiet his demons, he must conquer something far more frightening than his brutal past.

The creators of Black Point believe strongly in giving back to those in need. It is estimated that 153 million children worldwide, ranging from infants to teenagers, have lost one or both parents (UNICEF). Children-at-Risk is a central theme in Black Point and something we feel passionate about. Five percent of Black Point’s net profit will be donated to help orphaned and needy children across the globe through SOS Children’s Villages program and the Mockingbird Society. Both programs advocate for children as independent, non-governmental and non-denominational social development organizations that provide family-based care for children who have lost their parents or can no longer live with them.
